University Bus Trip Requests Goes On-line (Suburbans Too)
EasyTrip Request is now on-line for requesting trips for the use of three University buses and two suburbans. We encourage those who want to start using the EasyTrip software to complete the on-line training that is available on the EHS Learning Management System, under the Environmental Health and Safety Catalog. This training program will assist Users in creating an account and demonstrate the steps required to complete an on-line request.
For Users who prefer live training, the VRES Office will offer training after the first few weeks of the semester.
The VRES Office will accept on-line requests and CAF’s through the end of March, at which time the on-line requests will be the only method of reserving the University’s buses.
If you have already submitted trip requests to the VRES Office, DO NOT resubmit the trip requests.
If you have any questions, please contact the Vehicle Reservations Office at 6117.

Harlem Renaissance Rent Party, Thurs., Feb. 12, 5pm, Harlen Adams Stage
The Black Faculty and Staff Association invite you to attend the Harlem Renaissance Rent Party on Thurs., Feb. 12, 5pm - 7:30 pm, on Harlen Adams Stage.
What’s a Rent Party? Well, that’s how some Harlemites in the 1920s and 1930s paid their rent. The host would hire a musician, and cook some food, and with the proceeds from the cover charge and the food and beverage sales, she or he would make enough money to pay the rent. The Harlem Renaissance Rent Party recreates this tradition—except, this is a costume party. You can be anyone at all; however, the person you portray must have been alive sometime between Jan. 1, 1919 and Dec. 31, 1929. Period clothing of the 1920s is welcome and encouraged. Please join us for an evening of entertainment, food, and fun as we travel back in time to the Harlem Renaissance. Donation is $5.00.
For more information, contact Tracy Butts at 898-5249 or tbutts@csuchico.edu. Hope to see you there.
